If you do receive an immediate response please be patient we will get back to you as soon as possible. Weekend order inquiries will not be read until Monday (unless Monday falls on a national holiday) Questions about your order can be sent to info@bigtimethreads.com and will be answered in the order in which they are received.

Returns

All online sales at Big Time Threads are FINAL which means we do not issue refunds of any kind.
We understand that mistakes may occur during the order process. In the event that you have placed an incorrect order or need to exchange an item for size your request must be submitted via email rma@bigtimethreads.com and will be granted by permission only.

Each exchanged item will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code and this code must be written clearly on the parcel you send back to us. All exchanges are processed in the order they are received and are based on current stock. If the item is not in stock or is discontinued you may make an additional filing for store credit. If you have qualified for a return or cancellation of your purchase a 20 percent restocking fee will be applied!
